Here's a pretty young Yemeni Jewess I posted on Sabla some time back:
And here is a video of Yemeni Jews dancing:
It's worth watching, you Arabic types, you might even be able to understand some of the words...
(BTW, I can't embed YouTube here. In Sabla, there was a button for it. Any chance you guys could get one?)

But these videos aren't in Hebrew, they are in Arabic, albeit the Yemeni dialect. Jewish Arabs, like Christian Arabs, were Arabic speakers.
Before Zionism, Jews didn't speak Hebrew. They spoke the languages of the countries they lived in. Hebrew was a dead language used for holy purposes, like Latin in the Catholic Church.

On a related note, here's something nice:
In the mid 19th century, the British Lieutenant J.R. Wellsted documented the Jews of Muscat in his memoirs Travels in Arabia, vol. 1. He mentions that there are "a few Jews in Muskat (sic), who mostly arrived there in 1828, being driven from Baghdad . . .by the cruelties and extortions of the Pacha Daud." He also notes that Jews were not discriminated against at all in Oman, which was not the case in other Arab countries (they did not have to live in Ghettos, nor identify themselves as Jews, not walk in the road if a Muslim was walking on the same street, as was the case in Yemen). The Jews of Muscat were employed mostly in the making of silver ornaments, banking, and liquor sale. Despite the lack of persecution in Oman, the community is believed to have disappeared before 1900.

Oh! Because I once read in Wikipedia that Yemenite Jews speak Hebrew. It said it's not the same as "Israeli Hebrew", but it's close. It also said many words route from Arabic.

You might be thinking of what's called "Yemenite Hebrew". That's a system of pronouncing written Hebrew.
Jews never stopped USING Hebrew--it's the language of the Bible and the language of worship.
But Hebrew was dead as a language of everyday use for many centuries until it was revived in Israel:
For 1,300 years, from the conquest of The land of Israel until the Bar Kokhba war, Jews spoke Hebrew. For the next sixteen centuries, until the revival of Hebrew as a spoken language, Hebrew was employed as a written language and the language of prayer. [1]
Ever since the spoken usage of Mishnaic Hebrew language ended in the second century AD, Hebrew had not been spoken as a mother tongue http://wapedia.mobi/en/Revival_of_Hebrew_language
The Jews of the Arab world--or Mizrahi as they are sometimes called--
the 1 million Jews living in the Arab world at the time. Most of this population has since left for Israel, Western Europe and to a smaller degree the United States and South America. They spoke Arabic, using one of the many Arabic dialects (see also Judæo-Arabic languages) as their primary community language, with Hebrew reserved as a liturgical language.
You know, it's just like Jews in other countries today. American Jews speak English. French Jews speak French. Egyptian Jews speak Arabic. Etc.
Here's one Arab Jew who writes about her Jewish grandmom from Baghdad. To her "us" meant Middle Easterners: Muslim, Christian or Jewish. "Them" meant those foreign people, like European Jews!
http://www.ivri-nasawi.org/arabjew.html
She says that she is an Arab of the Jewish faith.
But did you try listening to the YouTubes? Maybe the dialect and the age of the videos make it impossible to understand.

I bet you can understand this one!
Here's a Yemeni Jewish song about Yemen and San'a sung to a crowd of clapping Yemenite Jews in very obvious Arabic:

Thanks for clearing that up. Yes, I watched the videos, and frankly I didn't understand a single word.

Here's another one of Zion Golan, the famous Yemeni Jewish singer, singing الا جينا نحييكم Ala Jina, in his native Arabic:
His records were smuggled from Israel and sold in the thousands there.
The world is a strange place... :p

Here he is again, with his patriotic song Yemen, Yemen! "Yamani, Yamani!"...recorded in Israel of course and beloved by Yemenis:
It's so funny watching the video with all the Yemeni symbols and realizing that this is an Israeli recording artist...or isn't he really Yemeni? :p
It's kinda cool to go to the youtube page and read the comments by non-Jewish Yemenis, many of them in Arabic:
"yes they speak arabic in my village there was jews but they left to Israe in 90s"
and
"find it hilarious this guy is Yehowdi. Yallah, we're all Yemeni. 7eyak Allah wa Qowwa ya Yehowdi"
